Parking is available for free at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre, depending on available spaces. Additional paid parking lots are also available in the area.
When you get to the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre, please use the main entrance to find our event spaces.

Rooms are available for 10% off the “best available rate” per night. You can choose between different rooms, depending on availability.

Reservations can be made online on their website. Note that online reservations may be less intuitive on a mobile device.
To reserve online, go to their website, select your check in and check out dates as well as number of guests, then click “book now.” On the next page, select “special codes or rates” then enter the code SMERF in the promo code field. Click apply. (note: this is not the same as “update” which appears very close to this button on mobile).
Click “view more rooms” to see all of the discounted rooms available if you don’t immediately see all the room options.
Reservations are first come, first served so we suggest booking early for the best rates and availability. This rate will fluctuate as availability changes.

Check out: 12pm
Incidental deposit of $100 by credit card or $250 by debit card will apply upon arrival
Parking is available for $11.95 per vehicle per night, includes unlimited in/out privileges.

Please note that although the hotel is a short walk away, it is located at the top of a hill and may be difficult to traverse for some individuals as a pedestrian. Please plan accordingly.
