Chell Creates is a cosplayer and digital media creator focused on craftsmanship, costume accuracy, and learning new techniques. To her, creating cosplay is a love letter to the media she enjoys – she meticulously documents her creative process and brings characters to life through wigs, sewing, and multimedia storytelling. Active in the Toronto cosplay scene, Chell participates through photography; hosting interactive and educational panels as well as creative workshops; and judging craftsmanship competitions at local conventions.
