Please use this form to apply for an affiliate pass at the Pretty Heroes Convention, to be held July 18-19, 2026 at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre in Toronto.
Affiliates are requested to submit this form at least two weeks in advance of the event in order to be processed in time for the convention. Later applications may not get processed in time.
We do not process affiliate applications on site.
If approved, you will receive a discount code that can be used to earn you complimentary admission to the convention. Select affiliates may also qualify to run a ticket giveaway in addition to receiving a shareable discount code, at the discretion of the head organizer.
Our standard offer for approved affiliates will provide you with a shareable 20% discount code unique to you. If 5 people purchase using your code, you will earn one free day badge (your choice of Saturday or Sunday). If 10 people use your code, you will earn one free weekend badge. Affiliates may continue earning free badges to gift to friends or followers. After 15 purchases are made with your code, you will also earn a free T-shirt with your choice of design(s) and colour(s), based on what we have in stock. You can select one design for the front, and one for the back.
Note that affiliate credit is calculated per person. If applying as a team, you will need to increase the quantities proportionally.
Please note that if an affiliate uses their own code to purchase tickets, those will be deducted from the total counted towards earning free admission and a T-shirt. Please do not make a ticket purchase with your own affiliate code, as all affiliates who make an effort to promote will be provided with a discount even if they do not earn a free badge.
Our most active following is on Instagram. Affiliates are encouraged to promote there as a priority, however you are welcome and encouraged to promote on additional social media outlets and through other methods if you like.
Approved affiliates are permitted to take photos and videos in public areas of the event as long as any stated restrictions are followed (e.g. no flash photography during performances/panels, non-flash photography is generally okay). Affiliates are typically not admitted during setup/dismantle hours unless special permission has been granted by the head organizer. Please consult with the venue for filming any public areas outside of the contracted event space (e.g. martial arts classes, the museum, the gallery).
Photos and videos of anyone but yourself are not permitted inside bathrooms/change rooms for privacy reasons.
Affiliates may charge for photos/videos outdoors only on a private basis. Inside the venue, affiliates may not charge or solicit services for sale.
Affiliates are encouraged to review our FAQ for guidelines that apply to all event participants.
Event crew and venue personnel are available for you to coordinate with as needed on site. Event staff primarily have burgundy t-shirts. Volunteers will have a pink ribbon to identify them as well as a volunteer button. Event crew typically wear crew badges as well.
